William W. Moir
Bill provides litigation services to clients in both state and federal
courts, including appellate courts, on a wide variety of issues,
including business and contract litigation, personal injury claims, environmental
claims and family law. A native of Sheboygan County, he has practiced
law in Sheboygan for over 35 years. Bill also provides services outside
of litigation related to real estate, title insurance and zoning,
and real estate development issues. He has also acted as a mediator
in civil cases.

- Represented a California client in trial during an employment contract dispute with international manufacturing company based in Sheboygan County
- Represented local construction business in a claim filed by subcontractor
- Represented national title insurance company in mortgage foreclosure fraud claim
- Represented various business clients in family law/divorce litigation
- Represented local paint manufacturer in environmental litigation and Super Fund issues (CERCLA)
- Represented real estate developer in obtaining approval for and creating major condominium development in Elkhart Lake
