William R. Powell

For over forty years, Bill has been engaged in the general practice of law in Sheboygan County, Wisconsin. He most recently focused on estate planning and Elder law issues, including preparation of trusts, wills and financial and health care powers of attorney. He also served clients with real estate transactions (residential and commercial) including drafting and reviewing of purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, development agreements, and small condominiums.

Bill has retired from the active practice of law. He is available for consultation on a case by case basis.
